چکیده
To refine the microstructure and improve mechanical properties of AZ91D alloy by expendable pattern shell casting (EPSC), vibration method was applied in solidification process alloy. The effects amplitude pouring temperature on magnesium were studied. results indicated that remarkably improved sizes, morphologies distributions primary α-Mg phase β-Mg17Al12 phase, densification tensile With an increase amplitude, microstructures gradually refined, resulting a continuous While, with temperature, continuously coarsened, leading to obvious decrease properties. strength yield 1.0 mm 730 °C 60% 38% higher than those without vibration, respectively.
